What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Hyperion Planning and public sector budgeting, specifically focused on state financial planning.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Requirement analysis and design to support EPM project
• Responsible for the design and implementation of budget data models and reporting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders
• Responsible for the implementation of project requirements
• Design of use cases and acceptance criteria and support UAT
• Prepare technical documents, users manuals and training materials
• Deliver presentations and workshops to guide end-users and stakeholders through system functionality
• Support project management and ensure delivery outputs
• Knowledge of relevant state planning regulations and sustainability practices is a plus

Technology:

• Hyperion Planning 11
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

Personal skillset:

• Able to work in close collaboration
• Cross location teams (be able to work with teams in multiple locations – off-shore)
• Challenging but adaptable mindset (needs to understand that not everything can be changed and needs to adapt to what cannot be changed)

Other:

• Availability to travel to Africa
• English level (C1 preferential)
