YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS.

As an HR Compensation and Benefits Trainee, you will support the HR team in daily activities such as:

• To monitor the handling of employee requests (tickets), understanding the procedures and associated deadlines.
• To understand the different stages of the data preparation process for payroll processing, collaborating in the validation and organization of the information.
• To monitor the operational management of employee benefits, including enrolment, changes and ongoing administration.
• To support the collection, organization and maintenance of information required for the team's activities.
• To understand the internal procedures, policies and tools used in the Compensation and Benefits area.
• To support the team in carrying out daily activities, while developing knowledge of HR administrative processes.

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Accountant (or related).
• Be fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2), English (B2), French is a plus.
• Be unemployed and registered in IEFP.
• Be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Never have participated in an IEFP internship.
• Not have had any employment relationship, service provision or internship with the host organization or any entities within the same group in the 24 months prior to the application.
