Healthcare Senior Funcional Analyst

Project Scope:

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and testing teams to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Contribute to the definition and execution of test strategies while supporting complex projects with high business impact.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements. Prepare functional specifications and support development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Design, execute, and validate functional, integration, and user acceptance tests. Identify, report, and follow up on defects until resolution. Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Lead workshops and requirements sessions with clients. Support complex projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and delivered solutions. Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and project objectives.
