The Opportunity

OLX is looking for an experienced and senior Head of Consumer Segment Marketing to own the consumer side of Motors, OLX's largest category at 49% of group revenue. The role covers the consumer brand, consumer demand, and the private-seller supply the marketplace model depends on, across Motors brands (Otomoto, Autovit, Standvirtual and OLX). French La Centrale and South African Autotrader will be joined to the scope at a later stage.

The role is deliberately senior and based in Poland, home to Otomoto, the largest brand in the portfolio. It is a leadership role over a multi-market team spanning Poland, Romania, and Portugal, with Ukraine's coverage held centrally.

You'll lead a flat, single-layer team of brand managers, one per brand and market, plus social media across the brands, and you'll work closely with central marketing pods (performance, CRM, SEO and generative search, media, and the studio) to deliver one plan across markets while holding a consistent brand standard.

This role reports to the Category Director, Motors.
