Google Workspace Deployment Engineer – ATC

Requirements:

We are currently looking for an experienced Google Workspace Deployment Engineer with a strong background in Google Workspace deployment, administration, migration and technical architecture, as well as experience working directly with customers in technical consulting environments.

Required Competencies:

• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Editors.
• Strong experience in Change Management for Google Workspace deployments.
• Experience developing and executing Change Management Plans aligned with overall project plans.
• Experience defining change vision, change acceptance and adoption strategies.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills, including communication of change plans and obtaining stakeholder buy-in.
• Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
• Experience managing the implementation and adoption of organizational and technological changes.
• Experience developing and coordinating user training, communication and adoption initiatives.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and address resistance to change.
• Experience monitoring and evaluating change initiatives and adjusting strategies based on results and data.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in deployment and configuration of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive + Editors, Sites, Mobile access, Chat and Meet).
• Experience conducting workshops to configure core Google Workspace products and provide guidance on Google Admin Console roles.
• Experience providing security recommendations regarding administrative settings in Google Admin Console.
• Experience with data migration from sources such as OneDrive, Exchange and Box to Google Workspace, using tools such as Google Workspace Migrate.
• Hands-on knowledge of technical architecture supporting administration, security and collaboration, including domain structure, identity management, user provisioning, mail routing, networking, Chrome/endpoint management and mobile.
• Experience with Google AppSheet is highly valued.
• Experience with Gemini for Workspace and AppScript may be considered.

Location:

Lisbon, Portugal – Hybrid

Salary Range:

€3.000–€3.500 gross/month Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
