• 🔧 Visit properties to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues

• 🏠 Perform general repairs and upkeep across our accommodation portfolio

• ✅ Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard

• 🔍 Identify issues proactively and maintain property quality

• 🧰 Proven experience and strong technical knowledge in repairs/maintenance

• 📋 Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility

• 🚗 Own transportation required

• 📄 Must be registered as self-employed / auto-entrepreneur and able to issue monthly invoices
