Finance Department Lead

Were a tech consulting boutique based in Lisbon helping regulated and high-impact companies with IT solutions. To keep our growth sustainable, were hiring a Finance Department Lead (Certified Accountant - TOC) to own and scale our financial operations.

What youll do

• Lead and coordinate the finance & accounting department.
• Manage accounting, fiscal compliance and treasury.
• Ensure payroll processing and HR-related financial operations.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets and support decision-making with the leadership team.
• Implement and improve processes for efficiency and compliance.

You have

• Active registration as TOC / Certified Accountant.
• 5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and payroll.
• Ability to lead, organize, and deliver with precision.
• Great communication skills and team spirit.
