Finance & Accounting Associate

Due to the company’s continued growth and the anticipated increase in investment activity, Norfin is looking to recruit a Finance & Accounting Associate.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Preparing and registering fund operations in Fund Manager and in Primavera software
• Preparing and registering operation for the SPV’s under management (non-regulated companies) in Primavera
• Providing information for the preparation of financial models and business plans
• Registering stamp tax on lease agreements
• Preparing maps of outstanding rents
• Registering invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns, and other fiscal declarations
• Preparing information for auditors and reporting to regulators.
