The Opportunity

EY Law is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality administrative support to Partners and legal professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, client interactions, travel arrangements and administrative processes.

You will work closely with experienced professionals in a leading multidisciplinary organization, gaining exposure to a fast-paced legal environment while developing your professional and organizational skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to Partners and legal teams;
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and ensure efficient scheduling of appointments and events;
  • Prepare, format and review presentations, reports, correspondence and other business documents;
  • Support client-related administrative activities, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness;
  • Organize travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation and itineraries;
  • Assist with billing, expense reporting and invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and filing systems;
  • Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions and team events;
  • Support the team in managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of EY Law's day-to-day activities.

To Qualify for the Role, You Should Have

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar support role;
  • Experience working within a professional services environment is highly valued;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese;
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership, Partners or executives;
  • Experience within a law firm or legal services environment;
  • Familiarity with billing systems, document management tools and administrative workflows;
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics and corporate events.
