Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our project team in Sines, Portugal.

Electrical Supervisor - Sines, Portugal

This is a site-based role responsible for overseeing electrical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programme.
• Attend daily and weekly site meetings.
• Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site.
• Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely.
• Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use.
• Identify and notify project management of variations and delays.

Requirements

• Relevant Electrical trade qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E contracting environment.
• Data centre experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
