In this role, you'll share ownership of our end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and modern data architectures. You'll translate complex business requirements into robust, high-performance analytics using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Your mission will be…

• Own end-to-end analytics solutions, managing the full lifecycle from data ingestion and transformation to reporting, distribution, and maintenance.
• Design high-performance dashboards and reporting standards, ensuring intuitive user experiences, reusable patterns, and certified semantic models.
• Support the definition of platform strategy and architecture, setting the technology roadmap for Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI and Copilot Studio) and Microsoft Fabric.
• Govern enterprise environments, overseeing capacities, OneLake architecture, workspaces, deployment pipelines, connectors, licensing, security, and compliance.
• Architect secure AI solutions, leveraging Copilot, Fabric Data Agents, Claude Code and AI-assisted analytics while embedding traceability, auditing, and responsible AI principles.
• Support platform operations, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and proactive tracking of capacity utilization and licensing consumption.
• Drive enterprise adoption and enablement, building communities of practice, leading workshops, and elevating organizational data literacy.
• Advise senior stakeholders, supporting technology decisions, business value, feasibility, risks, and investment priorities.

We are looking for someone with…

• Education & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, backed by solid hands-on experience in business intelligence and data architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Ecosystem: Mastery of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, capacities, workspaces, deployment pipelines), and Copilot Studio (ideally).
• Data Engineering & Modeling: Strong technical background in data ingestion, transformation, ETL/ELT pipelines, and advanced data modeling.
• AI & Innovation Mindset: Practical experience designing AI-enabled solutions or integrating AI tools and assistants into daily workflows to boost efficiency, problem-solving speed, and digital transformation.
• Communication & Collaboration: Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and local teams.
