Job Description

As part of our Data & AI team, you will contribute to projects that help clients use data and artificial intelligence to address business challenges and unlock new opportunities. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, combining business, industry and technology perspectives to support data-driven transformation.

Your Role

As an entry-level Data & AI Analyst, you will support project teams in understanding business challenges, analyzing data and identifying how Data & AI can be applied to improve processes, decision-making and business outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work across different industries and collaborate with colleagues from business, data, AI and technology backgrounds, while developing both your analytical and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Data & AI transformation projects across different industries;

• Analyze business requirements, processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement;

• Support the design and implementation of Data & AI solutions, including analytics and Generative AI;

• Prepare analyses, presentations and recommendations to communicate insights and project outcomes;

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders throughout different stages of the project;

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or another relevant field;

• Interest in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to translate data and analysis into clear business insights;

• Good communication and teamwork skills;

• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies, industries and business models;

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
