D365 Field Service Consultant

Your Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse and document functional requirements. Design business processes and functional solutions for applications. Support the functional configuration and ongoing development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service platform. Facilitate communication between end users and technical teams. Participate in workshops, functional validation sessions and testing activities. Prepare functional documentation and support user adoption of the solutions.

You must-have:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in application-related functional roles. Experience in requirements gathering and functional application design. Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service platform. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with end users. Good spoken and written Portuguese and English skills.

Requirements

• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência profissional em funções funcionais relacionadas com aplicações
• Experiência em recolha de requisitos e desenho funcional de aplicações
• Conhecimento funcional da plataforma Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Capacidade de comunicar e colaborar eficazmente com utilizadores finais
• Boas capacidades de fala e escrita em Português e Inglês
