The impact of your role

Contribute to strengthening the organisation's cyber resilience by supporting the detection, investigation and response to security threats across IT and OT environments, helping to reduce vulnerabilities and continuously improve cybersecurity practices.

Main responsibilities

• Support the analysis and investigation of security alerts escalated by the SOC, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in monitoring security events using platforms such as Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Support incident response activities, including evidence collection and documentation.
• Participate in vulnerability management activities, including tracking remediation actions and validating security updates.
• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of cybersecurity documentation, procedures, and playbooks.
• Contribute to security reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Support awareness and security improvement initiatives across IT and OT environments.
• Participate in security exercises, simulations, and post-incident reviews as part of the learning process.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, workplace, and OT teams on security-related projects.
• Develop technical and professional cybersecurity skills through hands-on activities, training, and mentorship.
