The Role – Consultant/ Senior Consultant | ERP Cloud (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud)

You will play a key role in the delivery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation programs, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, configure and implement SAP Cloud solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. We are particularly looking for professionals with strong experience in Finance, while candidates with expertise in Sales or Sourcing & Procurement will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (preferred) and/or Private Cloud implementation projects across different industries.
• Lead workshops to gather, analyze and validate business requirements.
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP Cloud solutions aligned with client business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Support business process transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on Finance processes.
• Advise clients on SAP Cloud capabilities, standard functionalities, and fit-to-standard approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Finance, Sales, Procurement, and other business processes.
• Support testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and SAP Cloud capabilities within the practice.
• Mentor junior consultants and support the growth of the ERP Cloud team.

Qualifications:

• You successfully completed your degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• You have 3 to 6 years of professional experience in SAP ERP implementation projects.
• You have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations.
• You have strong functional knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Finance (preferred), Sales, Sourcing & Procurement.
• You have experience working throughout project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and hypercare support.
• You understand end-to-end business processes and cross-functional integrations in ERP environments.
• You have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud certifications are considered an advantage.
• You have full working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel.
