Consultant, Marketing Services

Overview Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for Mastercard clients. As a consultant at Mastercard Marketing Services, you will participate in client-facing marketing consulting engagements by combining marketing expertise, data analytics, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate directly with clients, and support senior team members to deliver end to end campaigns and deliver high-quality recommendations to clients.

Role Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client-facing consulting engagements, supporting the development of marketing strategies and recommendations.
• Analyze customer, market, and campaign data to identify insights and opportunities that drive business growth.
• Contribute to the development of customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
• Assist in the creation of client deliverables, presentations, and reports, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and support senior team members in addressing client marketing and business challenges.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends, media best practices, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to bring relevant insights to client engagements.
• Combine marketing expertise, analytics, and consulting methodologies to contribute to measurable client impact.

All About You

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing roles, media agencies, or consulting.
• Experience supporting digital marketing, media planning and execution and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Portuguese language skills are considered a plus.
