What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the administration, monitoring, and evolution of risk, finance, and reporting solutions within a complex data and reporting environment. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities, project initiatives, data quality controls, and reporting processes. This role combines business analysis, support activities, testing, and project coordination, contributing to the delivery of reliable and efficient solutions.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Manage administration and support activities related to reporting and data management solutions.
• Coordinate operational processes and monitor data production activities, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Provide first-level support to end-users and ensure proper follow-up of reported issues.
• Define, execute, and validate test plans for system enhancements and project deliveries.
• Maintain and update project and operational documentation, including release notes, validation documents, and data models.

Your Key Skills

• Business Analysis and Functional Analysis experience in administration and support environments.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, monitoring, and validation activities.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization purposes.
• Experience in test plan definition, execution, and validation.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Experience supporting operational processes and project-related activities.
• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide, JIRA, Agile methodologies, or previous banking sector experience will be considered a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
