This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in banking or financial services who are comfortable working at the intersection of business, finance, and technology. You will contribute to projects involving financial processes and enterprise systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from requirements analysis through testing, implementation, and production support. Key Responsibilities

Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, structured functional requirements. Contribute to the design and evolution of solutions supporting finance and accounting processes. Analyse existing business processes, identify impacts and dependencies, and propose appropriate functional solutions. Work with business and technology teams to define data requirements, business rules, controls, and system behaviours. Produce and maintain functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented. Support the analysis of integrations and information flows between business applications and systems. Participate in project planning and follow up on functional activities, dependencies, and deliverables. Contribute to the preparation of test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Perform functional validation and support business users during testing activities. Analyse discrepancies and issues, collaborating with the appropriate teams to identify and implement solutions. Support solution deployment and provide functional assistance during the post-implementation period. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, data quality, controls, and operational efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

3+ years of relevant professional experience. Previous experience within banking or financial services environments. Good understanding of finance and/or accounting processes. Knowledge of banking products and/or financial markets products. Ability to gather, analyse, structure, and document business requirements. Experience working across different stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through testing and implementation. Good understanding of functional testing and business validation processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology teams. Comfortable working within international and multidisciplinary environments. Good command of English, written and spoken.

Salary & Benefits
