Business Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join an international and collaborative Business & Technology Integration environment, working on SAP AMS and Project Services.

Required Competencies

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Strong Business Analysis, process analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Ability to analyse business processes, systems, and their integration with technology.
• Experience assessing current-state processes and defining future-state solutions.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
• Experience developing process models and documentation.
• Experience presenting system functionalities, configurations, and proposed solutions during workshops.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in an international environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying improvement opportunities.
• English C1/C2 with active certification.
• Candidates must reside in Portugal.

Preferred Competencies

• Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• Experience supporting SAP AMS and Project Services.
• Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Experience supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues.
• Ability to contribute to key functional and technical decisions.
• Experience evaluating tools and methodologies to improve project delivery.

Location

Remoto/ Portugal.

Salary Range

€1.300–€1.500 gross/month.
