What You'll Do

As a Deployment Technician, you'll join our Deployment team, playing a key role in delivering and supporting wTVision solutions for broadcasters around the world. You'll be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining systems such as On-Air Graphics, Augmented Reality, and Playout solutions, ensuring reliable performance before and during live productions.

Working closely with technical teams and clients, you'll help deliver high quality broadcast solutions across a wide range of international projects.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain wTVision solutions for live productions, including On-Air Graphics, Augmented Reality, and Playout systems.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of automated deployment processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients throughout project execution.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and audiovisual issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver reliable and scalable broadcast solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment processes and technical workflows.
• Adapt to new technologies and operational requirements in dynamic live production environments.

Essential Requirements

• Degree or technical qualification in Video Engineering, Audio Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the Broadcast industry.
• Strong knowledge of network systems.
• Knowledge of video and audio technologies.
• Basic understanding of programming and electronics.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast paced production environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English (C1 or higher).
• Valid driving licence.
• Availability for frequent national and international travel.

Nice-to-Have / Plus

• Experience deploying broadcast graphics or playout solutions.
• Familiarity with live production workflows.
• Experience supporting international broadcast projects.
• Interest in broadcast technology, media, or live production environments.
