Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure;
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of room features and hotel facilities;
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests;
• Coordinate with the Front Desk and Doorman to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures;
• Maintain public areas, luggage storage, and service carts in a clean and organized state;
• Support other departments with guest service tasks as needed;
• Uphold the hotel's luxury service standards and professional appearance at all times.

Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
• Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are an advantage;
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
