Backend Engineer - GenAI

Note: This role is based in Spain.

We are looking for a mid-level Backend Engineer to join our Generative AI Innovation team and help drive AI innovation at OLX. Our team is at the forefront of GenAI-powered solutions, developing cutting-edge services to enhance user experiences, optimize internal processes, and explore new business opportunities.

You’ll work on scalable, high-impact AI projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to research, proofs-of-concept, and production-ready AI applications. Your Responsibilities

Being an Engineer on our team, you'll collaborate closely with: - fellow engineers - SREs - the product team - data scientists - an engineering manager

while building one of the company's newest distributed systems.
