PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry, Real Estate Valuation and including AML/Compliance services). Your mission:

A career within the Anti-Financial Crime team will provide you with the opportunity to support clients in managing and mitigating financial crime and money laundering risks. In this role, you will combine hands-on AML expertise with team coordination responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery while driving team efficiency, performance, and client experience.

Be part of our team where you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily AML/CFT operations and client deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and prioritization are effectively managed while acting as a key point of contact for ongoing activities;
• Monitor performance using reporting tools, dashboards, and operational data to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas;
• Coach and support team members at all levels, driving capability building, strengthening skills of team members when needed, and empowering top performers through a hands-on “show, don’t just tell” / “leading from the front” approach to increase autonomy and reduce escalations;
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and service delivery by working cross-functionally on planning, staffing, training, quality, and performance management;
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities, translating insights into concrete, high-impact actions;

Let's talk about you.

If you have/are … - A Master’s degree in Audit, Business, Economics, Financial Crime or a related field; - At least 4 years of experience in AML/CFT, ideally within a Big Four, consulting, or compliance environment; - Minimum experience of 2 years in coordination, mentoring, or team supervision; - Strong understanding of AML processes, including CDD, monitoring, and regulatory frameworks; - Interest or exposure to new technologies and crypto-related AML challenges; - Excellent communication skills in English - A structured, proactive mindset with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills; - Confidence working with data, reporting tools, and performance monitoring dashboards; - A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance delivery and team leadership responsibilities.
