É o principal suporte do Responsável Operações Delegação na gestão diária da atividade dos técnicos e profissionais de saúde da respetiva delegação, bem como no cumprimento de procedimentos, normas e Boas Práticas de Distribuição e Entrega Domiciliária aplicáveis à delegação.

Confirmação em SI de Serviços dos Técnicos VitalAire: - Verificar e registar informação relativa ao serviço efectuado com base na documentação e registo informático do serviço - Garantir reprodutibilidade e fiabilidade da informação em sistema informático.

Arquivo Documental da Delegação

Apoio nos pedidos de Oxigénio e respetiva confirmação em Sistema Informático dos recipientes consumidos: - Apoio nos pedidos de material e devolução de material entre o AC e a delegação. - Assegurar a boa realização dos movimentos no Sistema Informático - Gestão de Stocks: Inventários Periódicos a Técnicos e Delegação; Optimização do nível de stocks da delegação em conjunto com Responsável Imobilizado e Stock; Entrega diária do material e consumíveis aos técnicos e Profissionais de Saúde; Assegurar a boa realização dos movimentos no Sistema Informático.

Colecta de Prescrições: - Garantir ao confirmar os serviços que as receitas foram recolhidas pelo técnico - Garantir correcto registo das intervenções para colecta de prescrições em Chorus.
